Our goal is to minimize the cost delta between raw materials
and manufactured goods as low as humanly robotically possible.

by dhanush baktha, the founder

Henry Ford's assembly line made cars extremely cheap - the factory was the product. This ideology made a lot of other production processes across industries very cheap. Mass production kept price of manufactured products lower. But, not everything is mass produced.

What if we brought mass-production like capabilities to products that are not mass produced. These are capital goods like homes & buildings, machineries, public infrastructure, trucks, planes, coaches and trains, oil and gas rigs, furniture, and a lot of everyday products that are fabricated metal.

How? With Robots and AI.

With our Robot & Software first factories built for volume-agnostic; high-variability manufacturing, we make it faster, cheaper and easier to manufacture products and build cities.

In a way, we are imagining this as AWS (Amazon Web Services) for manufacturing

Instead of servers - it is fully automated robots and machines built in-house.

Instead of data centers - it is high-tech, internet-first factories built and operated by us.

Instead of the AWS software interface - it is our proprietary tool on the internet - where one can just drag, drop & JUST MANUFACTURE! (justmanufacture.com)

The Unlock.

Businesses always get the best combination of price, quality, reliability and speed - lowest cost, certified quality, fastest turnaround.

With us, engineers and designers no longer have to:

  • Spend time discovering vendors - every part is made to spec, with an automated QC certificate for every part.
  • Wait for vendor's DFM reviews - get instant DFM feedback on every part, powered by our rules engine and deep learning models.
  • Convert 3D drawings to 2D - just upload, configure, and manufacture.
  • Wait for quotes - we quote instantly and often ship before others even quote.
  • Live with long lead times - our factories run 24/7.
  • Follow up with vendors for status - everything is tracked online.
  • Overpay for inefficiency - process optimization and robot-first factories lower cost.
Before: Design - Wait for vendor's DFM reviews - Convert 3D drawings to 2D - Wait for quotes - Live with long lead times - Follow up with vendors for status - They mostly deliver late - Overpay for inefficiency.
After: Design - Upload - Just Manufacture!

Internet was the virtual manifestation playground - It started mostly for hobby use - but, now most valuable companies are internet companies. We are the manifestation playground for physical world.
